FIDO FUELS SHIPPING POLICY
Our products ship to all U.S. except Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping rates are charged based on the weight of your order. Shipping is included on Raw Food items.
Due to transit and handling requirements, our frozen treats only ship to California. For locations outside of California, we recommend our freeze dried treats that offer the same great benefits in shelf stable form.
We ship our freshly frozen raw offerings every Monday. To ensure shipment on Monday, please place your orders by 11:59 pm (CST). SUNDAY. Orders received after 11:59 pm on SUNDAY (CST) will be shipped the following Monday. So for example, if you purchase Fido Fuels Raw Blends on a Monday, your order will ship on the following Monday, and arrive within 3-5 days of that Monday. If you order on a Sunday, your order will ship the next day and will arrive within 3-5 days.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING
We ship every week, including holiday weeks, to ensure your pets continue receiving their food with minimal interruption.
- If a holiday falls on a Monday, all frozen raw orders will ship on Tuesday.
- If a holiday falls between Tuesday and Friday, all frozen raw orders will still ship on Monday using the appropriate carrier service to ensure delivery before the weekend.
Our shipping schedule is designed to keep your order moving efficiently while helping your frozen food arrive in the freshest condition possible.
Holidays included are Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day.
