FIDO FUELS SHIPPING POLICY

Our products ship to all U.S. except Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping rates are charged based on the weight of your order. Shipping is included on Raw Food items. 

Due to transit and handling requirements, our frozen treats only ship to California. For locations outside of California, we recommend our freeze dried treats that offer the same great benefits in shelf stable form. 

We ship our freshly frozen raw offerings every Monday. To ensure shipment on the same Monday, please place your orders by 9 am (CST). Orders received after 9 am on Monday (CST) will be shipped the following Monday. So for example, if you purchase Fido Fuels on a Tuesday, your order will ship on the following Monday, and arrive within 3-5 days of that Monday. If you order on a Sunday, your order will ship the next day and will arrive within 3-5 days.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

In the event of a major holiday occurring on any weekday, there will be no shipping for that week; if a holiday falls on a Saturday, there will be no shipping on the preceding Monday, and if a holiday falls on a Sunday, there will be no shipping on the following Monday.

Holidays included are Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day.
