Refund policy
At FidoFuels, we stand behind the quality of everything we make. If your pup
(or you) isn’t satisfied, here’s how we handle it:
Refund Eligibility:
Opened Products: Due to the nature of pet food and treats, we cannot
accept returns of opened or used items.
Unopened Products: Unopened items in original condition may be
returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing
items, let us know within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at FidoFuelsUSA@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of the issue
Photos, if applicable (for damaged or incorrect items)
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our end.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a FidoFuels error.
No Returns On:
- Opened food or treats
- Custom or special orders
- Clearance or promotional items

We’re a small, family-run business — and while we can’t accept every return,
we do care deeply about your satisfaction. If there’s a real issue, we’ll always do
our best to make it right.
